Marseille pioche à Montpellier

L’Olympique de Marseille poursuit son recrutement ciblé de jeunes talents en attirant Pladi N’Zinga Pambani, un défenseur central prometteur de 18 ans en provenance de Montpellier.

Selon L’Équipe, le jeune joueur est attendu dans la cité phocéenne dès mardi pour y passer sa visite médicale et parapher son premier contrat professionnel. Le bail s’étendra jusqu’en juin 2028, preuve de la confiance placée par le club dans son potentiel à long terme.

Un projet de développement à moyen terme

Ce renfort s’inscrit dans la stratégie récente de l’OM, qui a déjà enrôlé Fodé Camara (18 ans, ASSE) et Félix Bienck (17 ans, Paris FC) cet été. À l’instar de ces recrues, Pladi N’Zinga Pambani intégrera dans un premier temps le groupe pro 2 du club, avec pour objectif de gravir les échelons. Marseille mise clairement sur une formation renforcée en interne pour assurer son avenir.
