Esteban Chaves veut remporter le Tour de France

Esteban Chaves, coureur de l’équipe Mitchelton-Scott a livré quelques indices sur ses prochains objectifs. Le grimpeur colombien conserve toujours l’ambition de remporter un Tour de France.

« Je voudrais me battre de nouveau pour une course de trois semaines et je l’ai fait savoir à mon équipe. Mon rêve est de gagner le Tour de France. J’espère le faire un jour. J’ai vécu plein de choses difficiles et je suis toujours revenu plus fort. Espérons que cela continuera et que je pourrai réaliser mon rêve », a indiqué le coureur de Mitchelton-Scott.

Avant de poursuivre sur les rumeurs d’un départ de Chris Froome de l’équipe INEOS : « J’aime quand il y a ce genre de rumeurs car cela fait parler du cyclisme. Mais je crois que son équipe l’aime beaucoup. Froome chez Mitchelton-Scott ? C’est une personne très simple et humble. À un moment de ma carrière, ce serait bien d’évoluer dans la même équipe que lui. »
