L’Ethiopien Abeje Ayana a remporté ce dimanche le marathon de Paris dimanche en 2 h 07 min 15. 

Ayana a devancé son compatriote Guye Adola (2h07mn30) et le Kényan Josphat Boit (2 h 07 min 40).
